American Plastic Fab (a division of Curbell Plastics) was founded in 1994, bringing years of plastics machining into action. Our goal is to provide you with superior service and quality products at a competitive price.

Our 40,000 square foot state of the art facility, located in Central Virginia, is geared for plastic machining. We maintain strict temperature controls to ensure material stability. All coolants used are water soluble to minimize interactions with plastics. Specialized tooling and fixtures have been designed to account for the intricacies of plastic behavior.

We offer a full range of plastic machining and fabrication services in all plastic materials. We specialize in plastics. That means that there will never be cross contamination with metals, which can be very important in some industries. Our machinists are trained in the latest methods of plastic machining.
